Most agent "redesigns" are mood boards. Navy glass. A fake dashboard. The dates and proper nouns already in the file never make it onto the page.

/reimagine-it is the opposite contract: extract this source's nouns, dates, and colors, then ship a real artifact (webpage, infographic poster, SVG, Three.js, simulation). Two sources with the same command tokens must not share layout chrome.

The fail case

If a redesign skill is allowed to keep a gold layout and swap nouns, clients get the same poster with different labels. Visible fail: a Jules Ice Cream source that still looks like the Texas notebook. The skill has to fail that, on purpose.

Two golds, one method

• Texas notebook → Lone Star / Alamo / Rio Grande. The SVG weenie is the actual flag, not a gold-star logo.
• Jules Ice Cream → parlor / cone / freezer / flavor board. Not a Texas map with scoops glued on.

If a live run of Jules could be mistaken for Texas gold, the run failed.

Infographic here means a paper poster of an argument (common-scale encodings, ISOTYPE counts, lossless table). Not a dashboard. Not a résumé donut chart.

What would falsify it

• A Jules output a client could screenshot next to Texas gold and call the same poster.
• A "redesign" that invents nouns the source file does not contain.
